I had no problems printing two coupons each month until the last 4 or 5 months. I was able to get them printed last month, but it took several tries. I would click on the Special Offers link, only to be sent to a page with gobbly-gook on it with a server error message. I can print everything else just fine. I logged in today for the first time this month, and had the same thing happen again. However, when I went to my profile and changed some information, it then allowed me to receive the coupon printer page. Unfortunately, it told me I had already printed my limit, even though I had not printed any yet this month. The only time I've been able to actually get to the coupon printer page in the last several months has been the two times I have gone into my profile first. Otherwise, I got the server error. But I can't get the coupon for February, because it says I've already printed it, when I last printed in January.

On our computer, it will say that it has printed out, but it hasn't. It even shows in the printer queue as having printed, despite not having printed.

I don't believe that the problem is with the printer since it seems to work fine every other time I need to print.

I have printed coupons before off this site before but strangely enough I can now no longer print coupons. I, too, have one printer and just tried to print and nothing.... I even went and checked in the printer queue and nothing was there. I just tried again to print and got the message that I had already printed the allowed number of coupons and would I like to send offers to my friends and then on the next page it said thank you for printing the coupons! I got NO coupons!

Sounds like a serious problem that needs to be fixed.

Respectfully, no, that is not what it is doing. We have one (1) printer hooked up, and nothing has printed out, nothing is in the printer que.

This is a technical problem, and based on the number of people complaining, the problem is on your end, not ours.

Seems the problem still persists. I just tried printing the coupon and got NOTHING!

This is the second month for me that it doesn't allow me to print the coupon. VERY disappointed in this site error. If its not going to work then they should mail you the coupons instead.

I agree! We just signed up and it said I already printed the quantity allowed. It never printed or did anything. Definitely not my printer. Total site problem. Very aggravating.

they are full of it mine did samr thing i just printed from another website for other products so its definitely not the printer. link does not work nice rip-off wouldnt kill them to let me save a buck i can get the generic for 2 bucks cheaper.

We're sorry to hear about your recent experience with our Online Coupon feature. Please note that once you choose to download the coupon it should print automatically, with no additional prompting. Because of this automated feature, sometimes our website community members are unaware that the coupon has already printed (to the default printer in their computer settings). If that was not the case for you, we apologize for the system difficulty you encountered. Please let us know if the problem persists.

Be on the lookout for great coupons in the next two weeks from the PULL-UPS® Brand. (Hint: Check your mail and the Sunday paper through the end of May!)

It is very frustrating to go through 4 steps on the computer to try to print only to receive a message that I have already printed the allowed number....especially when I have NEVER printed a coupon. |What gives?
