My girl was definitely easier to potty train. She is almost completely potty trained whereas my son is far from it. I tried doing it at the same time, two potties, made it equal, etc. but I found that it was easier if they supported each other and made a big deal with the other one because then it is "cool" to go potty. My daughter now helps my son go potty, even though he doesn't want to go. I also gave skittles when they went in the potty. I started with giving a skittle when they sat on the potty, then progressed to only if they went in the potty. My daughter really liked to go on the big potty like a "big" girl and like mommy. My son wants to be like daddy but only sees daddy go to the bathroom in the evening and not very often. He is afraid of the big potty. I am trying to get him to stand and use the bathroom this way. Good luck. Let me know how it goes.
