WOW! Sounds like you really have your hands full. At what point are you at in training the three of them. Do you still have all three of them in DIAPERS?

i am currently wanting to start my 3 yr old son on the potty but with the other 2 kids it is a nightmare... i trained my first son when he was 3 but i only had him to tend to so i got to have more time invested in the training now with 3 little ones it is impossible... any advice or ideas? i want to put him in preschool so he has to at least be starting out and he just wants nothing to do with it?? i am so frustrated please help!
