That's too bad. I also thought Lyon had same sex parents. Either way, they're a cute family. I think it's great that Huggies is profiling a single mother. It's sad that advertising only seems to legitimate one type of family.
And speaking of which, shame on the last poster for their hateful comments!
Same sex families are a reality. Get over it. Depicting mixed raced couples were similarly taboo and thankfully we've come a ways since then.

I UNDERSTAND THE THE WORLD MAY BE CHANGING, BUT I DONT THINK THAT IT IS APPROPIATE TO HAVE SAME SEX MARRAIGE OR RAISING A CHILD OR WHATEVER THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING DURING THE COMMERCIAL. THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT WE SHOULD NOT INTRODUCE TO OUT CHILDREN UNLESS WE AS PARENTS WANT THEM TO KNOW ABOUT THEM. AND I FEEL THAT SAME SEX COUPLES ARE ONE OF THOSE THINGS. I DONT THINK THATS APPROPIATE FOR A DIAPER COMMERCIAL:(
