Regarding the Potty Training DVD. Do you have an expected date for when this product will once again be available in Canada? I tried to order one through the main website and was advised that your Canadian supplier has run out.
We're sorry that you're experiencing problems with the DVD. You might want to look in the owner’s manual for your DVD player for an analog stereo setting, since this DVD was produced with analog stereo rather than digital stereo.
