Me too! I have a 2 1/2 year old girl that holds it from the time she gets up in the morning until we put a pull up on at naptime. Then again until we put a pull up on at bedtime. She never has accidents because she can hold it so long....it is so frustrating. I don't know what to do. We have tried all types of incentives and nothing works. My doctor said it is a control issue because she is able to control when she goes. That isn't very helpful but that is all I know.

OMG so weird i am having the same problem with my 2 1/2 yr son!! he puts his hands in between his legs and crosses his legs this is while he is on the potty we havent been training long its our first week so we havent started standing up. No one i know has has this problem. As soon as i put his undies on his releases!!! its so frustrating. I dont know why he does it! hopefully someone with a clue answers this post and can help us. Just wanted to let you know you are not alone!!!

My 3.5 yr old daughter can hold pee in for abt 10-12 hrs. I know she needs to go and she can say when she needs to go. She'll sit on her potty but won't release unless I put on a diaper and then she'll go immediately. I'm so frustrated because I have to give in everytime and put a diaper on or risk infection. I'm willing to try anything at this point and so desperate. Please help. Thanks.
