Cool Alerts--Where?

My DD is 22 months and is really starting to pick up potty training. We would sit her on the potty 2 times a day just to get her used to it. I heard, and really figured, she wouldn't be actually training until about 2 1/2. Well, she has been excited when she goes and so I did a simple sticker chart. Now she likes to try often. Anyway, I'm not sure she really understands the cues. Most of the time she tells us she has to go after she's already gone in her diaper (still diapers most days)...but it is definitely a fresh, warm pee, so just after she tells us. Then she's just got a tiny bit in the potty and get all excited that she went. This is great, but not exactly working either.

I am looking for ways to help her understand when she has to go. I wanted the Cool Alerts pull-ups, but I can't find them anywhere! We've looked at BRU, TRU, Target, the local grocery stores. Can't find them anywhere! Only the Learning Designs and Over nights. Were the others recalled or something?

Any other thoughts? I know she's sorta young yet, but she does really seem to get it and has the vocabulary for it. Thought also maybe trying underwear under the training pants like another post suggested. Anyone else find something that helps them to understand when they are starting and how to stop?
