My wife and I have just found out that twins are on the way! We have two boys ages 9 & 4. In the past week, our four year old (trained for almost 2 years) has dirtied his underwear almost every day. Just last night, we were all in the family room and he stood there right in front of us and dirited his underwear . We could tell what he had done and, judging the back of his pants, he had done quite alot. We asked him if he had dirtied his pants. He said no and went to his room. When we went in there he was standing behind his bed wetting his pants. A huge mess to say the least. Today we bought pull-ups to combat future messes and as soon as we put it on him, he dirtied and wet in it. Are we sending the wrong message by returning to pull-ups?
