If your daughter was fully trained then starting wetting at night and nap, I would take her to the doctor. This is what happened when my daughter had a bladder infection. There were no other signs for her.

my 3 1/2 year old is trained all day and wants to be trained at night but the problem is that her bedroom is on the second floor and there is a bathroom right next door, but she has a love for playing in the bathroom sink and I'm concerned that she would take her newfound freedom upstairs to the extremes and move to playing in the bathtub. Does anyone have any ideas of how to successfully train her at night without risking her safety. I have tried to look for faucet handle covers but have had no luck. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter is almost 3 1/2 years old. She has been fully potty trained for a year now, even at night she gets up and goes potty and rarely wets the bed. That was so great and I thought we were all done with pull ups. Until now! Every night now she wets the bed and even sometimes during her nap. I don't understand how she can go from having no accidents at night to having accidents every night. So now we have resorted back to wearing pull ups at night. I don't know why this happened or why she has regressed back to this. I am in need of any suggestions as to get her to go on the potty at night again.
