It sounds like she's showing a few signs of readiness. You need to get some gear for her, like a potty ring for the toilet or her own plastic potty. (One of my boys like the ring, the other the potty).

Start taking her to the potty every hour or so and reward her with high 5's whenever she goes in the potty. Don't reprimand her for accidents. Just clean them up and move on. Be consisent and enthusiastic, and she may be ready to ditch diapers soon enough.

Haley seems willing to go potty on the toliet. She gives me 5, and feels proud of herself. What should I do next?
