What to do? Potty questions

Hello All.,
my son will be 3 on March 22.. he wears training underwear all day now.. he does well @ the sitter, she doesn't have any accidents from him, but when he comes home he pees & poops on himself, even though his potty is in the same room with him.. He doesn't say he has to go.. I have stopped giving him juice @ night when he wakes up and asks for it.. i know he knows what to do, but not sure how to be more consistent @ home! Help!
