Pooping problems

Hi,

I have a 4 year old who has been peeing in the potty for over 1 year. When she turned 3 whe pooped in the potty a few times and stopped. Then in the beginning of summer she pooped in the potty for a whole week. I got rid of the pull ups and she was in underwear all summer. I'm back to pullups because she always poops in her pants, and I'm tired of cleaning them. I have tried everything I could find on how to potty train and none of it has worked. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful! Please send!
