It's good that you're not making a big deal about accidents. It sounds to me like your daughter is too busy playing to either notice she has to go or to care enough to go on the potty.

You might want to go back to some rewards for going on the potty. Perhaps offer her some stickers or barrettes -- whatever small gesture would work for her. Tell her she only gets them when she goes on the potty.

Then remind her every hour or so to go on the potty, using the rewards as an incentive.

3 year old still having lots of accidents

My 3 year old has been having multiple accidents a day. I try to be very unemotional about them and have her change her panties and pants and help clean up. It just seems like she waits too long and then starts to have an accident before she realizes she needs to go. How long will this phase last? Do you have any reccommendations for how else to handle accidents?
